About Us

 Hi everyone! My name is Josie Belton and I will be the head coach and co-owner at Rising Stars Athletics! I have had a passion for cheer since I started at a business, just like this one, doing tumbling lessons. I have been a cheerleader since I was 4 and have done competition and sideline! I am currently a freshman in college pursuing a career in elementary education! I have a passion for children and I am so excited that you all are trusting me with your girls and this new business! I also coach the youth cheerleading at the Recreation Department in Galax. This business is not to take away from the rec but to help and prepare these girls, whether it is for rec cheer, middle school cheer, or jv/varsity. I want to create a safe, God-centered environment for these girls where they can learn about the Lord while learning fun skills too!

 Hi everyone! My name is Bridgett Gobble and I will be the Business Manager and co-owner at Rising Stars Athletics! I am Josie's mom and have watched her cheer career begin at a very young age, setting goals and hoping to open her very own cheer gym one day! I am proud of her and excited to be part of her gym. Thank you for allowing us to make you and your child part of a cheer family that will last a lifetime! I am excited to get to know each of you and watch your child learn fun skills while learning self confidence!
